Great Agent
I was very impressed with the result achieved by Cayle and the McGrath team, with people like himself, Graig and Madison they made it so easy to sell our property because of their professionalism and expertise. Cayle kept us up to date with how the sale was progressing thru out the campaign with weekly updates, Madison kept us inform with maintenance issues and Graig up dated us in the technical and strategic process. Without Cayle and the McGrath team I don't think we would have a result that we expected. Therefore I would not hesitate in recommending Cayle and the Mcgrath team from McGrath - Wilston in selling your property.

High hair!
The 4 star for market knowledge is actually a positive because Cayle was honest about the rare instances where he needed to consult with his principals and returned with an answer promptly. I would much rather this than have someone bluff their way around it. So that raises him in my estimation of credibility and honesty.
