We chose Cayle to sell out house after liking the smart but personable way he dealt with us when showing us around places to buy. It was a great choice-- the professionalism and systems were great and we got what we needed from the sale. At all times it felt like a team effort in decision making between us, with every bit of information about what was happening on his end shared and while strong recommendations were given, we never felt once like if we disagreed with advice (which we didn't) that it would be an issue for him to work to our wishes. Attention to detail was also second to none, from shadowing the photographer during the photos to make sure they were exactly as he wanted to attending the building and pest and helping make sure the place was just right before open homes. You can read all the testimonials and star ratings that you want, but he sold our place for a good price in six days, so that's probably enough said.
