McGrath Wollongong helped lease this property

Best leasing team in the Illawarra

I recently worked with the leasing team and couldn't be happier with the experience. The property attracted multiple applications, and throughout the process the team provided clear, honest communication and expert guidance. What really stood out was their thorough assessment of applicants. They took the time to explain why certain applications were not suitable, particularly where rental references raised concerns, giving us complete confidence that the right tenant was being selected rather than simply the first applicant available. The advice around lease terms was invaluable. The team carefully explained the pros and cons of different leasing options and helped negotiate a longer-term lease that aligned with our investment goals and provided greater stability. Their local knowledge of the Illawarra rental market, attention to detail, and commitment to protecting our interests made the entire process seamless. If you're looking for a professional property management and leasing team in the Illawarra, I highly recommend their services.
