I’ve had a wonderful experience with McGrath and couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received so far. A special thank you to Lara, who kindly reached out to me after I was unsuccessful with one property to let me know about another upcoming property in the same area. Her thoughtfulness and initiative were greatly appreciated, and she explained everything in great detail in a very understanding and human way when collecting the keys. It was also very nice to receive a follow up call to see how I’m settling into my new home. Their app used to manage payments and maintenance requests is extremely convenient and easy to use, and I’ve received prompt responses when requested. Thank you to the team and especially Lara for making the whole moving process so quick and easy!

Lara and Victoria worked as an excellent team, providing expert knowledge on what the market was doing, and understanding the landlords wishes. Always professional, would communicate via phone call and WhatsApp to ensure I knew every step of the process and where things were up too. Everything was seamless!!!!

We recently leased a property through McGrath Wollongong. Their property management team were excellent to deal with and made both the application process and leasing agreement streamlined through the online platforms they operate with. Several maintenance items were closed out swiftly and prior to our move in date. We found leasing our home through Jade and the team at McGraths to be excellent. While there was a lot of paperwork and official documents to get done, Jade patiently assisted us. The photographs taken were excellent and the tenants they found are top quality. We are extremely happy with their service and would happily recommend them.

We spent a few months trying to secure a house in Wollongong which was a bit harder than normal as two of us previously lived in the Sydney area and had to travel down for house inspections. McGrath has been a very communicative real estate that has made us tenants feel very welcome. As they have also responded very timely to our maintenance requests and easily and quickly tried their best to fix any problems we may have had when first settling in. They’ve been very professional as well, sticking to giving us pre notice when they may have needed to send in any handyman’s or a landlord visit or an upcoming inspection. We’ve received appropriate notice. They are also very open to us reaching out by email, call or in person when we are unsure of anything. I would happily rent with McGrath again!
