Christian and Charlie have managed the sales and property management of many of our properties and have never failed us, they both work tirelessly to get the job done and the achieve our high expectations!! As we have lived interstate and overseas it has been extremely important for us to have an agent that is responsive and trustworthy and we have certainly found this in Christian, Charlie and all the staff at One Agency Wollongong.

Very happy with our purchase and in particular the seamless easy communication with Christian and the team. We did not feel pressured or misled at any point which was a major point of difference vs other agents we have previously engaged with. The process was simple and short

Christian's knowledge of the market and experience made selling my home really easy. From recommendations to how to prepare the home for sale, how to present the home to prospective buyers and updates during sale negotiations, Christian kept me informed and updated the whole way. Thank you for making selling my home such an easy process

That's what Christian advised me at Auction take control of what you want and make it happen! It was a great experience dealing with Christian and Charlie they were both professional and helpful throughout the whole experience. Karen and I love our new home and would highly recommend the services of One Agency among an industry of lying, deceiving agents - these guys were ahead of the rest and delivered what they promised - Great service!

I simply cannot praise Christian and his team at One Agency Zeidler Waller enough to illustrate our satisfaction and experience with them for over 4 years, first in a Property Management capacity and later to sell our investement property. Professionally, I have had significant experience with Estate Agents as a tenant advocate and would not have come across a more friendly, honest, professional, personable, hardworking and efficient Estate Agency in over 30 years. They are a credit to their industry whatever your Real Estate needs and I highly recommend them as an Agent of choice for the Illawarra region
