Christian and the team at one agency were excellent in all aspects of selling my property. They helped me gain a better understanding of how my property would be received by the public and how to present it to get the best price possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

I would recommend Christian to anyone who needs a real estate agent. He is honest, reliable, and takes time to explane what's happening. If you need to contact Christian he phones back promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending Christian. His staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Christian was courteous and informative as well as tenacious in dealing with delays. A good result overall.I would highly recommend his services.

Christian was in constant contact during the whole process and was realistic about the sale price. We were happy with the outcome and I would recommend him as an agent of integrity.

Christian has sold several of our properties over the past few years and has always given us 110% effort and has always reached or exceeded our expectations. He has never! "bought our listing"as many other agents do, he has always been honest, reliable, had has always worked exceptionally hard to reach our expectations. He also has a good eye for detail and "De-cluttering" ( as much as i don't like it, it works!) and re- arranging furniture. I would highly recommend Christian to anyone wanting to Sell!! We purchased our new property via auction. Christian indicated the seller's expectation and our bidding was based upon that information, as well as our financial limits. Ours was the successful bid and the follow up process has been very smooth. Based upon this experience, we decided to sell our current property with Christian and to date the process has been smooth and timely. That fact that Christian was able to match our expectations with that of the seller and there were not any hidden agendas or nasty surprises made the process a smooth one.

Christian and Charlie turned a stressful procedure into a very enjoyable one. I would certainly recommend them to anyone asking.

Christian was aware and up to date with our market knowledge and expectation and managed the entire sale process flawlessly. He communicated with us through out the sale process although at times not all staff were aware of all aspects. However, when it comes to to trust, integrity and the absolute focus on the best outcome for the vendor and the client, you can not go past Christian and the One Agency team.

After reading so many glowing reviews I feel like I have met a totally different person. I found Christian to be misleading with his information and an extremely poor communicator. Particularly at the business end of the deal, his communication was abysmal. I was left feeling bullied and not in control of the selling process of my unit. My dealings with the rest of the team of One Agency Wollongong have been nothing but pleasant and professional, however Christian certainly did not perform to those same standards. The review title says it all!!!!!!

Christians service was exceptional. Bot he he & his partner, Charlie kept us informed at all times & particularly through the negotiating process. the sale price achieved for the property was $20,000 above the advertised price range. An excellent result.

Christian and Charlie provided excellent service from start to finish and achieved a sale price well in excess of the asking price.
