Alisa, Olivia, Christian and the entire team at One Agency Zeidler Waller exceeded every expectation we had as both a buyer and seller. Their market knowledge, experience, advice and professionalism is second to none.

We have recently bought a house and Alisa and Olivia were just amazing! They were very punctual and professional in their approach when working with clients. We could not have chosen a better agency in Wollongong to purchase our house! Fantastic team, very knowledgeable and approachable. We will definitely stay with them in the future. Great experience! Highly recommended!

Christian is a great communicator - always happy to deal with any issues and provided me with a lot of flexibility in what was a changing environment. He was able to bring a lot of qualified potential buyers through the property quickly and optimised my sale price. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to list in the Wollongong area.

Prompt, efficient support of our purchase in Keiraville and great insight into the local area and market which was very useful as we were moving down from Sydney.

Christian and his team listened to our needs regarding all aspects of the Sales campaign. This included co-ordinating work for preparation for sale, the marketing and show houses and accommodating that the property was still a home for the residents. Olivia, the Concierge did a magnificent job managing the administration and relationships. Christian pitched to be appointed Agent in competition with other Agencies and won the appointment through his professionalism, the quality of One Agency presentation material, his sincerity and track record. He provided an optimistic price guide and delivered to his estimate.

We are yet to meet Christian as we are purchasing from interstate. He has been extremely professional, and helpful during the time frame of our property puchase. He has kept in contact via phone to update us on the purchase and always returned calls promptly. We had a few issues with the purchase not being straight forward and Christian also explained that this was common and there was no need to be concerned. We would recommend Christian and we are looking forward to eventually meeting him.
