As a first-time renter, they were excellent at putting me at ease, fielding all of my (many) questions, and being flexible.

One Agency Zeidler Waller helped to set up our new lease. They were very professional, and made sure that the apartment was clean and were happy to answer any questions we had.

Charlie and her team were recommended to me as I was having difficulty finding a reputable Real Estate Agent to assist me in leasing my unit in Wollongong. Their turn around for finding a suitable tenant was one week. Charlie and Amy could not have been more helpful. They kept in contact with me at every step of the leasing process. Also, they have assisted me by following up on important strata matters related to our building. It is comforting to know that my tenant and my property is being looked after in such a professional manner.

This is my first time renting through a real estate and one agency have been a pleasure to deal with. Taya is brilliant, we’ve had a couple of very minor issues and she has had them sorted the very next day. Very happy with the service and would reccomend this real estate to anyone

Amy and the team from One Agency Zeidler Waller made the move into our first rental a breeze. It was a little nerve-wracking having never been through this process before but everything was made easy by One Agency. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I had been looking for a property for my daughter and I to lease. I am not from Wollongong, so had only a short time to secure a place. Through a chance conversation with Amy, she promised to call me the next day with a suggested property. True to her word, I received a call in the morning, and then Amy and Taya took me through that very day. Both Amy and Taya have provided excellent service, communication is easy and friendly, and they are complete professionals. The whole process has been very smooth. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with One Agency Zeidler Waller. From our first meeting I knew that my property was in safe hands. Charlie, her property manager Amy and all of the team have displayed a high level of professionalism. They have found the right tenant quickly. Their communication, advice and attention to detail has been impressive. Most of all, I feel reassured that leasing out our apartment was exactly the right thing to do. Anyone considering leasing out your place, I urge you to call them.
