From our first contact, we've been impressed with the team and customer service at Sash & Gable. They provided clear communication about the property management services up front, and answered all of our questions (as first time landlords, we had a lot of them!). The house was let after the first open, and they've communicated with us regularly so we're always updated with what's going on. Arranging maintenance has also been really easy. Nothing seems too much for Caitlin or Ian, and we have a sense that they genuinely care about us and our property.
