The property was well advertised the pictures on the advertisement was exactly how it was when inspecting the property. Having recently moved here from New Zealand I wasn’t use to the process of house inspections with lots of other people. It was a bit overwhelming for me. I asked Ann the property manager question around how the property rental process worked. Ann kindly gave me some information that was helpful for me around what was required for filling in a property profile and what paperwork and documents would be beneficial for me as I had no rental history due to owning my house back in New Zealand. Ann was also happy for me to call her if I had any further questions I wanted to ask. Also not knowing what areas that were suitable for my lifestyle as I am a shift worker, Ann was also able give me helpful information of what the neighbourhood was like for this properties location. Thanks to Ann I was able to fill out all the necessary paperwork with all the appropriate documentation for my application for this property which was successfully as to why I am doing this review. I was so excited and grateful when Ann told me that I was successful with getting the property. Even the thoughtful gift pack that I received at the office from Ann when doing the final details for the property take over was so unexpected. This special treatment was just what I required as I was in a foreign country away from family and friends.
