In choosing a real estate agent to work with, I wanted someone who was experienced, knew the area and that I felt comfortable with. Great experience

When we decided to sell our investment property, we looked for an agent with a great track record and with plenty of experience in the area. We weren't sure what to expect, but we were obviously hopeful of a good result. Josh was upfront and honest about the best approach and expected result. As it turned out, we were happy with the final result considering the market. Josh was totally professional, always kept us informed, and dealt with some unexpected issues in a most competent manner.
