This was the first time I had been involved with a house sale, and I was dreading it. I was concerned that my real estate agent would want me to spend a lot of money on the property, and would promise the world but deliver a disappointing result. I need not have worried. Trust is the big thing, and very quickly Greg earned that. Greg used his sound knowledge of the local market to derive a very good price range that he expected to achieve for me, and he delivered. The market is not easy at the moment, but Greg negotiated his way to a very satisfactory conclusion for me and I believe for the purchasers too. Throughout he has communicated with me regularly and has taken pains to explain aspects of the work he does, and the part played by the solicitor and banks. I have always appreciated this, particularly the easy manner in which he communicates. There's never a rush, the communication is always cheerful, and there's always the invitation to call and ask questions if I wish to. I thoroughly recommend Greg.
