I have bought and sold many properties around Australia over the years and in recent times have found that Agents in general have become too complacent, very robotic, lacked real selling skills, but more importantly lack the one thing everyone needs in an agent, a human side. Greg and his team quite the opposite, in fact they go above and beyond, well beyond. We had a few glitches very early in the selling cycle (before Greg took over) and he stepped in where I could to get everything control. As he stated, it is all in days service" You cannot go wrong with Greg and his team. They will be on deck for out project in a few months time!
