Our only regret was not having an extensive discussion of current values of houses in the surrounding area. This would have assisted us to place a realistic initial sale price on the property.

Our experience with Greg was great from the first time we entered the property and met Greg we found him very easy to talk to, down to earth and as we walk thru the house we all chatted and he explained the ins and outs of the house with complete honesty and an easy going attitude.
