Right from the first time we contacted Bec she was attentive to our needs. As interstate clients, at no stage did we feel the distance was a disadvantage. We gave 4 agents details to provide us with an appraisal. Bec was the first to organise the inspection and the first to return the appraisal. She was not the highest appraisal we received but her approach sat well with us and we went with her. The marketing advice was spot on, even if a lockdown got in the way, and we ended up with our first offer 3 days after opening up. In the end we achieved a higher price than we were expecting and in the last couple of days Bec had 4 or 5 purchasers submitting offers. Bec constantly communicated with us right through the process.
