Exceptional experience from a property seller!
Having researched agents with sales in our area, Jayden was consistently mentioned with extremely high regard for similar properties to ours. Jayden knows this area well- he was a wealth of knowledge regarding recent sales, buyer demographics and market trends and has an impressive sales portfolio for mid-high end properties. We were so impressed with his hard work and professionalism- both in his interactions with us and prospective buyers, if only all real estate agents were like this! Cannot recommend Greg and the team at Heard & Co enough! Greg and Alicia were amazing, he made selling our first home an absolute breeze. As a young couple deciding to sell our first home it was quite daunting but from talking to friends and family in the community after mentioning that Greg was selling our house, we were assured multiple times what a great choice we had made and continued to hear nothing but awesome things about Greg as an agent and person. From the moment he sat us down and explained to us how he would market and sell our home we were confident that we had made the right choice. Heard and co were recommended to when we decided to sell our house
When Greg and Alicia visited us and Greg explained how they were going to market and sell our house, we were sure Heard and Co would be the only agent we would use.
