Well I knew Greg from a long way back through mutual friends but not for his overall talents in real estate. From day one when the property was listed through Greg I was left feeling totally sure of my decision. Like he was so thorough in showing me how we can chase that ultimate figure/heart buyer as he explained to well. He conducted himself so well with his presentation, speed of explaining our approach on the sale with an in-depth guidance of recent neighbouring sales. He was always prompt in returning feedback and went out of his way and noticeably in his own spare time to display a more so wow factor. His assistant Alicia was also beyond excellent so I’d like to thank her also. My Partner and I have a second property to get listed in the 1st quarter of 24 and with her delight of Greg’s natural talents to deliver optimum results…has left it easy on which agent to contact in the nearest future.
