Friendliness - from the moment of first contact with Greg Heard via phone to the initial inspection of the property we eventually purchased we were made to feel welcome with any questions or requests met with honesty and enthusiasm. Nothing was too much to ask.. Professionalism - our decision to proceed with an offer was made simpler as we felt we had quickly developed a level of trust with Greg.
