block of land sale
Have dealt with Greg a couple of times and always found him hard working to achieve the best result he can. So turned to him to sell a block of land and once again we were happy with the result. He is always professional and friendly and as he has sold real estate in Bendigo for a number of years he is on the mark with Bendigo's prices. Thanks Greg

Selling made easy with Heard and Co
I met with Greg and Adam to discuss selling my house. They were both very caring and conducted themselves as professionals at all times. I was always kept informed of the process and was delighted when the house sold quite quickly, with a nice bonus of a higher selling price than what we listed it to sell for. I have found the entire selling process with Heard and Co to be quite easy and I thank them for their expertise. I would highly recommend Heard and Co for anyone considering selling their property in the future. Incredibly friendly and professional!
Greg has been an amazing agent to deal with throughout our whole process of buying our first home. He made something that seemed so daunting incredibly easy and was super friendly and professional throughout the whole process! Greg throughout the process of finding a block of land was always able to assist with any enquiry.
With multiple enquires put forth about several blocks of land over quite a few weeks, Greg was always happy to help, not to mention assisted us with being able to purchase a block around some of the barriers we had. Professional, enthusiastic and more than happy to go beyond when the block of land was chosen. Greg always responded to emails, messages/calls within 24hrs which was more than appreciated. He enabled the process of buying a block of land to remain exciting, by keeping me up to date with what was happening next throughout the process. Greg made an effort to check in and see how things were going on the other end. Overall very happy with the purchase, the assistance we got and end result! We can only hope more people can have the same experience during such exciting time.
