We recently purchased an investment property from Greg Heard at Heard & Co. We can honestly say that it has been a pleasurable experience from start to finish. What a personable, friendly man he is. Greg qualified us as buyers and really understood what we were looking for. We really liked the fact that the listings that Greg has for sale are usually listed at an asking price not a price range . As a buyer you know where you stand. He also never compromised the sellers bottom line just to get a sale. When it came time to negotiate a sale we knew Greg had both the seller and us as the buyers in mind at all times. He was prompt to get back to us and went above and beyond our expectations when it came to service. His office staff were also very efficient and helpful . I truly could not fault him. Having a great agent can make the world of difference when buying or selling a home. We have purchased properties from agents in the past and would have paid more for the property if the agent was a good negotiator. I feel like we paid a fair price for our property and we are more than happy. With out a doubt we know that when we next sell or buy a property we will be dealing with Greg Heard, no one else. From the moment Bec walked into our home, she was immediately engaging with us. Bec showed a very keen interest in our property and its special features, recording these and ensuring that she was well informed for any potential questions. Bec was incredibly warm and welcoming and extremely accommodating to arranging private inspections to ensure that all buyers were given the best opportunity to inspect our home. All inspections were followed up by detailed phone conversations immediately after the inspection. We were well informed of our interested buyers. Bec showed great passion as the agent, arranged excellent exposure for our property with drone and video footage, day and night photographs and promoted our property through all available communication channels including extensive social media exposure.

Bec was very passionate about selling our property and took the time to understand all the features that we loved about the house so she could point them out to buyers. Unfortunately due to a depressed market after the banking royal commission our house took much longer to sell than anticipated and we weren’t able to achieve the price we were hoping for at the start. However, Bec helped find excellent short term renters to provide rental income and garden maintenance throughout the long selling campaign, which made everything a lot easier.

Bec was a treat to deal with from the day we contacted her, speaking to her on the phone she was immediately enthusiastic about the idea of helping us to sell our house. She worked with us to meet our goals, providing guidance and advice about how to best stage our home for sale, while allowing us the time to prepare and ensure everything was in place. Bec was very flexible, meeting us at our home and also in other locations as required to get paperwork arranged, as well as being willing to attend to things outside of regular business hours.
