McKenzie Wu Property

We felt pretty comfortable signing up McKenzie Wu to sell our St Lucia townhouse - after all we had noticed all their "SOLD" signs around our area - including several in our own street! Our next door neighbours sold through them as well and Scott and Lin came highly recommended. From the first meeting we knew we made the right choice - not only are Lin and Scott fantastic real estate agents, they are some of the loveliest people you will ever meet! Nothing was too much trouble and they gave us some great advice on how to get our house ready for sale. Their contacts all over the western suburbs meant we had no trouble finding great tradespeople to get the job done quickly - and professionally. They helped us get the place painted, carpeted, cleaned and decorated with great attention to detail and we really appreciated their input on what the market wants today. I knew the market was soft when I went to sell my home but with Scott's help we got as good a price as I could have hoped for. His advice on preparing the house for sale was incredibly helpful and he managed every step of the process with good cheer and professionalism. He also gave good advice about how to approach the market and what strategies to use. All in all, very well done and I'm really pleased with the result.

Scott, Lin and their team delivered exceptionally professional, efficient and friendly service in selling our house. Scott and Lin are professional dedicated agents with a real passion and interest for the real estate market. Their work for us as sellers is the most efficient and honest we have ever come across. I saw glimpses that Scott was open and honest with the prospective buyers with full disclosure regarding faults to our property. This is a very admirable attitude that demonstrates his good ethics.
