Selling property in Grafton
Excellent and very easy to communicate with he took all requests for our mothers house into consideration where needed and he has managed to secure us a good sale with a young family to move into our home which has made it a lot easier for our mother to accept the sale of her home for the last 67 years. We all appreciate this. Thanks again Stephen.

Absolutely Wonderful
This was our first time purchasing a house, we had put a couple of offers on other houses with different agents and had trouble with communication and trying to navigate this new world alone. Stephen always got back to us within a reasonable time, he was very knowledgeable and used that knowledge to help us. He kept us up to date on the process and anything that was going to take time, such as the bank valuation, he would contact the valuator and get it moving along! His knowledge, assistance and kindness made buying our first house much easier and a lot more stress free than we expected! I will be recommending Stephen to anyone who is looking to buy a house!!
