Down to earth and professional

Great Communication
Stephen assisted me in the purchase of my first home. I appreciated his good communication, he was very responsive to my requests and I felt my real estate needs were understood. Being a first home buyer I liked having the right amount of space to consider the next step in the process, but at the same time, knowing he was there to answer any questions I had in a timely manner was reassuring.

Genuine and Friendly
Stephen was very informative and honest throughout the whole process of purchasing my first home. It was a fast process with a few bumps along the way. Stephen was easy to talk to and happy to answer any questions be it via text or phone call and many times after hours. Stephen had knowledge on the property I was purchasing as well as the area in which it was located and being a first home buyer, Stephen explained what I needed to do at each step along the way.

Complicated sale

Friendly professional manner
Tony was informative of any property I was viewing at the time, answering questions positively. Great correspondence, quick replies to calls and emails.
