Would absolutely recommend Kim and her team. Kim McQueen (supported by an equally impressive Grace) were a pleasure to deal with. Understand the selling agent works for the seller, but as buyers we could not fault their performance. Having spent a year looking for a new home, and dealing with many many agents - one of the standouts for us was the level of service and communication we recieved. A small example... A missed phone call to Grace (who we did not know was in a meeting) was meet with a returned phone call from Kim within a couple of minutes, as Grace had let her know we had called. What a pleasant change - doesn't get any better! 10/10 from us.

I phoned and left a voicemail for Kim to see if she would be happy to approach the owners of a property which my partner had viewed in 2021, when it was for Sale via her agency. Kim called back the same day and offered to approach the owners on my behalf. They agreed that they could be open to a Sale and Kim arranged a viewing. Kim is very knowledgeable about the market in general, the local market and the uniqueness of the property in which I had shown interest. She was very open and fair in her assessment and I believe acted in a very transparent way, putting the owners interests first, whilst keeping the communication going through the negotiation phase.
