Assisted greatly with an "off-market" purchase
I phoned and left a voicemail for Kim to see if she would be happy to approach the owners of a property which my partner had viewed in 2021, when it was for Sale via her agency. Kim called back the same day and offered to approach the owners on my behalf. They agreed that they could be open to a Sale and Kim arranged a viewing. Kim is very knowledgeable about the market in general, the local market and the uniqueness of the property in which I had shown interest. She was very open and fair in her assessment and I believe acted in a very transparent way, putting the owners interests first, whilst keeping the communication going through the negotiation phase. I would not hesitate to recommend Kim and her agency to anyone looking to buy or sell in the region. Thank you for helping secure our new home.
