Sale of Deceased Estate
Mark Dowling dealt with the sale of my mothers home with patience and integrity, started the sale whilst she was alive , then the sale had to wait for probate from January to May , the sale was seamless, no fuss and sympathetic to my packing the house up. I highly recommend Mark to all wanting to sell their home in a no fuss manner.

Ethical and aweseome
By the time I found MDRE I had well and truely had enough of real estate agents. Everyone one I dealt with left me feeling like I was being conned and lied to. I found my house, made an offer, below asking price. The offer was quickly accepted and the house was removed from the market. It was simple and straight forward...no b*******. We moved in yesterday and are really happy with our new home in Mayfield. I would recommend Mark as an honest real estate agent. Would not hesitate to list or buy with MDRE again.

From the very start of the sale process, Mark was a pleasure to deal with. Selling a much-loved family home is an emotional and upsetting time, and Mark was always sensitive to this. Mark's knowledge of the Mayfield real estate scene is second to none, he was able to recommend a realistic price which we were able to achieve. Mark was always professional, and had great integrity.
