As a purchaser, I appreciated the frankness of Mark and his team, he always informed me where I stood and gave me confidence to progress with the deal. I did not feel as though Mark was attempting to just "get a quick sale" either. We listed with MDRE as Mark was very knowledgeable, gave us a genuine honest opinion (he didn't tell us what he thought we'd want to hear) without a low balling price, and there was NO calls or weekly harassment (to sell our house) like I got from several agents. Plus MDRE helps Dog Rescue Newcastle, and being dog lovers we were very happy about that. Our property was sold in just 9 days. I would NOT hesitate to use him again for my next property.
