If you are after a "celebrity" real estate agent, Mark is not the man. If you want honest reliable service, use MDRE. We have now purchased and sold with Mark, on both occasions we were well looked after and provided honest advice. I hope the house you are looking at is listed by MDRE. As a buyer, you do not choose the agent, you choose the house. I was fortunate that a great house was listed by Mark and his agency. He did not apply any pressure and made it known that he was available at anytime. Which he was, including after contract exchanges. If I was selling a house, I would choose MDRE.
