Outstanding and honest realestate agent who displayed integrity and high ethics.

I purchased a property through Melanie's Agency. Some difficulties arose with the vendor regarding the removal of rubbish and other matters surrounding the property that the vendor should have taken care of long before settlement date. It was without any hesitation Melanie stepped in corrected the problem with the vendor which enabled the sale to go through. I consider that Melanie acted with great integrity and ethics, she showed leadership when it was needed otherwise I would have not settled under the circumstances and conflict could have ensued,

A quick sale is a good sale!

Melanie and her team have been involved in two previous sales for us so when the time came to sell my father's house there was no question as to who we would engage to manage the sales process. Starting with a comprehensive market appraisal to educate us to the current state of the market and where our property sat, and culminating with a quick sale, the transaction was handled in a professional manner with strong communication, feedback and regular updates.
