Was very easy communicating with Aiden who was always available to talk. He was very swift and efficient with listing the property for sale and doing all the paperwork required. Also provided me with some good information, particularly with a checklist for after exchange and settlement. He had a good knowledge of the market and did a good job negotiating with the buyer to achieve the price we were wanting for the property. All in all a great experience. Only reason I didn’t give him 5 stars is that he didn’t make me aware that the marketing fees were payable once the property was listed and it came as a surprise to have to pay them upfront instead of them being deducted with the commission after settlement.

We were met with not only positivity and professionalism, but also a vigour for going the extra mile and doing things that other agents either aren’t doing or don’t see value in. The attention to detail in that first meeting set them apart from the competition. It was what came next that really sealed the deal on a positive selling experience. From the perspective of a seller, we appreciated the detailed communication available on our own web portal regarding how communications and inspections were progressing. We didn’t need to chase for updates. We could check on all the background information and statistics of the campaign at anytime. We value data driven decision making and this was invaluable in shaping the strategy we fine tuned with the KBRE team. It was also imperitive that our neighbours and interested parties were treated respectfully and communicated to promptly.
