We are Melvic Real Estate. Our company-Melvic, (derived from Melbourne and Victoria,) began with humble beginnings in 2004, by Charanjit Singh, better known as ‘CJ,’ who provided financial and loan services to his clients. After years of hard work and devotion, the business extended into the building and construction industry, then later into the home/land package options for its customers. The next and most logical progression from there, was for Melvic to apply its already successful business expertise into the real estate market, where Melvic Real Estate Pty Ltd, was later born. Our aim at Melvic Real Estate Pty Ltd, is to not only build a strong relationship with our clients, but to also provide them with the highest level of customer service possible, whether they are looking to sell, buy or are just looking for their next property.
