We reached out to a few real estate agents via social media as we wanted to go onto their database as we were looking to buy in specific areas and these agents covered our desired geographies. James was incredibly prompt in responding which was a breath of fresh air - especially since we had felt with other agents they could take us or leave us (since competition is so fierce for property at the moment). James helped us understand important details and positives about the property in a professional way and we never felt he was being pushy. His communication was clear and concise - there were no games and he was incredibly helpful in responding to our questions since this was the first established house we had actually bought. Beyond this incredible professionalism though, we discovered James is a decent person who truly enjoys matching buyers to the right home for them. I didn't expect to find such a normal, empathetic and honest person in the real estate industry to be honest and I kept waiting for the catch. There was none. He's the type of agent you are hoping is selling your dream home because he does what he says he will do, in a timely manner and with genuine warmth.
