We had a bad experience with an agent during our last sale so we were quite distrusting of agents generally so when we decided to put our house on the market we decided to contact James. We put him through quite the interview process before we decided to have him represent us. Selling a house is very stressful and I’m sure that we painful to deal with (sorry James) but he was great and was more like a therapist at times.
