This is the 3rd property I have either bought or sold with the Merrick Property Group over the past few years. Why do I keep using Paul and his Team you might ask but in simple terms the main factors are fairly clear for me. 1 - Doesn't set unrealistic property values just to win your business. 2 - Clear communication around market conditions and sets expectations around what to expect from him and his Team. 3 - The final point is Paul's ability to be honest and upfront with my wife and I about the best strategies to help us achieve our goals whether selling or buying. The recent sale was a case in point. I wanted to sell the property without spending any money on it but Paul wasn't afraid to be direct with us about what needed be done to improve the place even if that meant i had to spend some money. The fact that unit sold in less than 3 weeks is a reflection of his experience and knowledge.
