My Castle
Paul helped my husband and I purchase a magnificent property in Springwood. He was great to deal with, very patient and above all not at all pushy. He kept us informed throughout the whole process and I felt he had both parties best interest at heart. Highly recommend Paul if you are selling or buying a property.

Adrian was personable , professional and realistic
Adrian not only wanted to be our agent but also earned the position He used his local knowledge and understanding of both people and the market to give us reasonable and realistic expectations . Which meant he delivered on his promises. He communicated freely with us while allowing us space and dignity in the sale of our much loved and memory filled family home We were prepared to be patient waiting for the right buyer and when a very lovely couple came along he made sure neither of us missed the perfect opportunity and for that we will always be grateful Thankfully we had the right man /agency with us on this very momentous journey I know we paid you to do a job but thank you all for making our experience a positive one . Adrian is exceptional all round
The service Adrian provided us was second to none. He over delivered in every aspect and we have only positive things he can say about him. From the moment we met him he showed a passion for our property and took every measure to get to know us and understand our needs. He was always contactable to take the time to provide whatever help necessary. he was open, honest and transparent every step of the way. Then he sold our property the first week on the market at a great price. He even took out time to help give us advice on how to negotiate the purchase of our next property, which he did not need to do.
