Great Service
Paul and Nicole were excellent to deal with when purchasing our first home. Their communication was always prompt, efficient and helpful, and they made every effort to work with us to ensure settlement was as smooth as possible. Post settlement they've continued to address any questions and concerns we've had. It was a pleasure purchasing through them and we would definitely use them should we ever need to sell.

Best price possible with the least amount of stress!!
From the first interaction with Paul and Nicole I knew it would be a straight forward, honest and no muck around experience. I found the whole team to be honest, upfront and pleasant and easy to deal with. Compared to other agents they are a fresh breath of air!! The styling that Tori did was amazing and helped to get the place looking at its best!! I would highly recommend the Paul Merrick Property team to anyone who is looking at selling or buying a property. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the outcome. Paul even helped me securing a temporary rental property interstate!! If I could I would have given 10 stars to Paul and his team!!

The Only agent we would use to buy & sell !
Paul and his team are the only people we would employ to represent us in selling our home, and likewise in the search for a property. They are the only company I would personally trust to use within a 100km radius! and Ive been involved in property design, renovation and investment my whole life, so take it from experience. We recommend 100% Finally, some agents and office personnel to back them up, you can actually trust !

Paul and his team are highly professional, listen to what you need and more importantly they deliver to an extremely high standard. We were recommended to Paul & his team from a number of previous clients who couldn’t speak highly enough about their experience selling their homes. Every step of the process is clearly communicated and Paul’s advice was very knowledgeable and on the mark. The turn around from our first meeting to our first open house took a week which including an exceptional video showcasing our home, styling (fabulous Tori) and photographs.
