Professional and helpful throughout the process
Paul was extremely professional and helpful in all our dealings with him. He maintained strong lines of communication, responded promptly to queries and, overall, made what can be a potentially stressful experience as pain-free and clear as possible. We were so impressed with Paul's service that we opted to sell our property through Merrick, knowing that we can trust him as both vendor and buyer.

A true professional and extremely good at what he does
We sold cottage house through Paul at Merrick due to a previous great result he got in Regentville and based off a recommendation that we received from a friend whom also sold through him. Paul was a breath of fresh air to work with as he had a strong plan for sale, and he and his team kept myself and my wife in the loop the whole way through. We got a result we were very happy with and went thriugh very quickly. He is ethical, a true professional in every sense of the word and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell through him.

DREAM͏ TEAM! We were on the market for while finding our perfect first home. We were wary of the shark tactics of realtors and we were expecting to be ripped off or feeling as though we “settled” for a home that was within our budget. Nicole Axiaq and Paul Merrick were the complete opposite / transparent, warm, extremely quick with the turnaround of any questions we needed answered, went above and beyond to provide us with EVERYTHING we asked for and best of all - we settled on a home feeling like a million bucks with a fair price for both us and the vendor. Paul and Nicole are the real deal, their kindness is absolutely genuine and they never once made us feel any pressure or made us question their intentions. How did we walk away in love with our first home, happy with the sale price, and in love with the realtors? Must be that Paul Merrick Magic!!! Very smooth and professional service
Paul and Nicole were very helpful and honest when working with us on selling the house. The expected price range was very accurate. Wonderful experience**
