Merrick property had a reputation of achieving good results for prestige properties. They stood by their reputation in this case. Their marketing campaign is modernised, locally unsurpassed and supported by statistics. We desired a slightly unconventional presentation campaign, with no sign board and open homes by appointment only. This campaign required a lot more ground work from the agents and more interruptions to their weekly schedule. It was supported in full. They even worked on Sundays to achieve exceptional results.
