Paul was amazing.
Paul was fantastic with everything from putting us at ease and communicating with all that needed to be done to selling our much loved home of 40 years. Paul is very down to earth and helpful with any concerns we may have had. I would highly recommend Paul as an exceptional estate agent to anyone needing his assistance and his staff were wonderful. Paul went above and beyond what was expected which we really appreciated. We could not speak more highly of Paul and his staff.

Selling Houses HELP!!

Such a great experience
Paul really takes the stress out of buying a property - very courteous and helpful at all times. We were running about 15 minutes late for the inspection and Paul stayed back for us with no hesitation. Paul was also quite fair throughout the negotiation stage. If it weren't for Paul, we would still be looking for a place to buy.

Knowledgeable and honest
A lot of agents out there come across as salesmen, with their own agenda and exaggerations of promises, Paul Merrick is no such agent. Paul was referred to us when we were looking to buy our first house, and although he didn't have the property we ended up purchasing he was able to provide valuable and honest feedback on our purchase and give us realistic advice on its value whilst we owned it, so based on this we always wanted to use Paul for any future sales. When we decided to sell our house, Paul was the only person we called. We had a some conditions with the sale which Paul made easy for us as sellers, and was upfront to our potential buyers. We were amazed by how smooth he made our journey considering our timeframe and the need to remain in the house after settlement as we had a new baby on the way, and remain to rent while our new house is being built. Paul is friendly, honest, professional, and got us a great result! He has gone above and beyond for our family, and we are very thankful to have him on our team. We cannot rate Paul highly enough!
