In hindsight we should have sourced other appraisals. For the commission paid vs Mertons engagement/ promises, I should have known better. Look for other agents.

Johnathan obtained an exceptional price for the property. He was enthusiastic about selling the property. It was bittersweet for me, as it was my parents last home together. An end of an era. Johnathan was available anytime and made the procesd easy. I eould not hesitate to recommend Johnathan and his team. Great outcome matching buyer with seller.

When we approached Johnathon to sell our property, he quickly matched suitable and committed buyers to our property. His knowledge of the local property market enabled him to advise us on a realistic price point and required actions on our part. This enabled us to sell the property 'off market' for a fair price. He successfully helped us negotiate some bumps along the way, so that the sale was finalised on the Settlement date and we could move on to the next stage in our lives.
