I ve been privileged enough to have brought and sold a few properties at 55 years young. Dealing with Johathon, and getting a better than expected result, was smooth and easy. He achieved what i d asked of him the same day. Better than expected price and bringing the settlement date earlier was no problem. Has extensive local knowledge, and was upfront and honest. Johnathon helped with the sale of my father's property. As I am not local everything was done over the phone. We were very happy with the service. We achieved the outcome we wanted and Johnathon was practical and accommodating with our needs. While we got the price we wanted, it's also important for me to feel happy with the process and it all went really well. Johnathon was straight up and integrous in his approach to his work. While we didn't meet, I felt he was genuine and very professional. Would happily recommend!

We have recently purchased through Merton Property with the lovely Seriah as our contact agent. I would like to say Seriah is a credit to her profession and a definite asset to Merton Property. Local knowledge, a friendly personality and excellent communication. We found the video and photography of the property was extremely good and allowed us to make a good evaluation of the property before deciding to make the trip to view. Overall highly recommend

Having had such a positive experience with Johnathon selling another property for me five years ago I had no hesitation in engaging him this time round. Why Choose Johnathon again? He knows the local market and gave honest feedback on recent local sales. He has good communication skills, in particular he gave the time to listen to my story and so it was easy to build a rapport with him. He responded to requests quickly and efficiently. He provided a clear plan of how My property should /could be marketed, always considering my feelings on all aspects of this process. Throughout the sale process, I always felt he put my interest first and made me feel informed and supported. I would also like to commend Jack on how he facilitated the pre- settlement inspection and some of the other aspects of the sale.

My experience with Merton Realty has been one of polished professionalism. I have listed a property with John Merton twice and not been disappointed either time. John is honest, straight forward and professionally focused on getting the job done. Communication is frequent, personal and always positive. Nothing is too much trouble. The teams' drive and commitment to the sales goal is observable and palpable. In this most recent experience there were communications between the buyers and myself regarding additional purchase items, all of which was facilitated by Jack Merton. His patience and accommodating attitude resulted in a win for both sides. This sale mostly took place while I was overseas and apart from the time delay I did not feel as thought any part of the process was not safe, smooth and reassuring. If I was asked would I deal with or list with Merton Properties again, the answer will always be; "Absolutely!" The only thing I would do differently is I would choose not to deal with Campaign Agent. Listing with Merton Properties was a truly wonderful experience.
