Once our decision was made...for the 2nd time (1st pre COVID...2nd pre total lockdown) it was handled in the most professional manner. We chose the Mt Evelyn Professional group because of previous experience about 17 years before. Ben made us aware of every possible scenario. He also kept in contact continuously with information about what would happen with the other Professional offices and gave us the heads up with possible communication from other agents within this group. The previous experience was with an Investment property but this time it was our first ever experience selling our family home so it had the potential to be quite emotional... we are downsizers! We initially chose Ben and Rose from Methven Professionals because of their rating as having the most sales in Mt Evelyn. We were also impressed by their network of agencies that shared information within the group. We had a unique property that was always going to have selective appeal. Someone would fall in love with it but it needed the right person to be looking. It might need patience. Ben was a stayer. He stuck with us and very diligently stuck to the task. When he did find the right person it didn't stop there. He gave us excellent client care throughout even including the time between contract and settlement.
