Cintia and Amanda have been great through our whole process from inspection to moving in. We first saw our apartment with Nav who was wonderful, he had such a friendly and great attitude. Cintia helped through the whole process of application to approval and moving in. Amanda has been so wonderful and replies in such a timely manner and is so helpful with anything we need. We have been in our new place for about 2 weeks now and as soon as I've had to put maintenance reports in we have had contractors come through straight away which isn't always the case with real estates and Amanda is quick to reply to any issues or emails we send through. Metro is an amazing team and they work really well together and have made our move in so easy. We have dealt with a few agencies over the last couple of months with looking at apartments and we can tell you that the promises that metro make they stick to not like other agencies we have dealt with in the past. I am looking forward to the relationship we build with them over our time at our apartment which I am hoping is a long time.

We have just signed a 6 months contract with Metro realty, what we have faced so far: 1)Keys were supposed to be ready for collection in the morning, however we had to wait until late afternoon and reschedule our removalist. 2)Extremely rude and aggressive agent. 2) After we have submitted our report for faults and issues in the apartment,the agent requested an extra inspection, not believing what we have stated. 3) That same report had to be submitted in 7 days, however at 3:30 on the 6th day, the agent have told us "bad luck", if it hasn't been done so far it would not be accepted. 4) We cannot contact or speak to any other person except our "nominated " agent- seems like a one man band. Extremely disappointed with how we have been treated, considering that we are the client and have to be looked after not bullied and looked down on . Not looking forward to the upcoming 5 months and 3 weeks.
