Joe and Cintia were amazing simply amazing! Communication was top-notch throughout the process of the sale where they set up a WhatsApp chat group, allowing for timely updates and quick responses when needed. Joe was incredibly patient, taking the time to carefully explain all my options without pressuring me into any particular choice. When he had trouble calling me to provide advice around questions I asked, he recorded audio messages that I could listen to at my convenience. I felt that all his explanations were genuine and made sense, so I chose to seek his opinion and trust his recommendations every step of the way. I barely had to lift a finger as well, as they took care of everything for me, from moving the tenant out, cleaning, staging, listing, and negotiation.
