David Bettini told us he was the best in the business, and he is! David managed the sale of our property really efficiently and managed to get us the price that we wanted. We could not be happier. I would certainly recommend David should you be wishing to engage an agent!

David and Pete from Martin were engaged to sell my property. They exceeded all my expectations including price. I was a nervous seller but they were able to keep me calm from the beginning to the end. Furthermore, they completely managed the cosmetic changes required to the property to ensure it was presented in the best condition possible. They were able to obtain an offer after the first inspection which we gladly accepted. The offer was higher than the price range they put on the property. They were completely transparent and honest throughout the process and always kept me in the loop. I would gladly recommend them to anyone else. Great agents who know their stuff!. Very Happy vendor! The sale price suggested by the agency was about 8.5% higher than the actual sale price. The agent recommended auction and the auctioneer commented that the property would most likely sell after auction rather than at auction. There was not a lot of interest before the auction and the property was passed in without a bid. The main interest came about two weeks after the auction date. The final sale took a few weeks to conclude, but it was sold for a satisfactory price, albeit lower than expected. The agent's advice regarding styling the property was very valuable and the contact provided for the styling was extremely good. Communication during the sale period was satisfactory and the agent's staff were pleasant and informative.

David and Peter were both very helpful through the whole process. I approached them with what I wanted and they showed me a property within a week. Also, the negotiations went by very smoothly and were reasonable. Overall, an easy and swift process with a great result.

Susie is by far the best real estate agent I have ever known. She has excellent follow-through, and is extremely kind and personable. She sold our unit for the price we thought was unreachable. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and it was a real pleasure working with her.
