David was efficient and upfront with us throughout the sale process. We appreciated his swift communication skills, during the campaign, prior to auction day and on auction day. We found David's market knowledge to be terrific and as he has personally been through the buying and selling process he was very understanding of the position that we were in. It's a pleasure dealing with David and his team.

After listing our property with another agent, we listed with David Bettini at Martin Property. Within three days David (and ably assisted by Peter Tun) had our place styled, photographed and listed predominately online. David and his team provided excellent feedback and were very proactive even leading into the Xmas period. His enthusiasm gave us confidence that we would represented very well. In the end a satisfactory result for all parties. Thank you David & Peter.

I've known David for a number of years so already knew him to be authentic before we signed up to sell our apartment using David and Martin Property and we were very happy with our decision. The process followed the script provided by David and his team to the letter which resulted in a very quick sale at a strong price. All and all a very professional and courteous service.

David Bettini is the best real estate agent. He also has guide us on how to decorate our apartment to attract the best price. Despite the new lower market just starting, he got us the price we wanted before Christmas. We would highly recommend David to any future vendor.

David was nothing short of exceptional, demonstrating that he is an industry expert both in terms of market knowledge and also constant communication as he guided is through the sales process. All that David recommended was paramount, I'm sure, to resulting in a sale after only 4 days on market and a price at the top of the expected price range. Thoroughly recommend David's services.

I dealt with David Bettini and Peter Tun during the sale of my property just before Christmas. I found them both to be very helpful, reliable and effective. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a real estate agent.

My experience with Martin Property started a few years back when I wanted to rent my unit out. After speaking to quite a few agents in the area I decided to go with Martin Property. Jerrod Murphy my rental manager took care of everything from finding a tenant and looking after all the day to day issues. Martin's have excellent systems in place with plenty of reporting detail and always available if you have a question or two. When it came time to sell my unit Jerrod had given me the confidence in Martin's Management and systems it was an easy decision to go with them. I spoke with David Bettini Director of Martin Property over the phone and he immediately put me at ease and again everything was very easy from organising the sale to the close of sale. I cannot speak more highly of David (who I actually I never have meet in person) and his team at Martin Property, they are the best real estate company I have ever had to deal with in Sydney. Great communicators, always available to answer any questions, never any issues or problems and great attention to detail. This real estate company and the people who work there, I cannot speak more highly of them all. I would recommend Martin Property to anyone FANTASTIC. All the best Rob
