I had a great experiencing buying my property through David. The negotiations were fair, and I didn't feel like he was leading me on just to get an extra few thousand bucks from me. Things felt straightforward and honest, which is certainly not the case with all agents. David and colleagues were always responsive to my messages, and quick to give me access to the unit when I needed to inspect it further, which I did a few different times. From a buyer's perspective, would recommend.
