Susie is an amazing agent. She works hard for the seller and nothing is ever too much hassle for her. Susie achieved a price for my property which was beyond my expectations, especially in the current market. I would highly recommend Susie to anyone looking to sell their property.

I had a great experiencing buying my property through David. The negotiations were fair, and I didn't feel like he was leading me on just to get an extra few thousand bucks from me. Things felt straightforward and honest, which is certainly not the case with all agents. David and colleagues were always responsive to my messages, and quick to give me access to the unit when I needed to inspect it further, which I did a few different times. From a buyer's perspective, would recommend.

As first time home buyers, we were extremely anxious and a bit lost at the beginning of the process. David showed incredible patience and understanding, he guided us through the intricasies of the process ensuring that we had all the information we need to make a decision. He also supported us through offer and negotiation process and shared valuable advice.

Peter responded immediately to my request to market my property. He was extremely professional in all his dealings with me and went out of his way to accommodate my requests. His knowledge of the market is excellent. He negotiated a very satisfactory sale in a particularly tricky market. Cash buyer short settlement!!! I would highly recommend Peter and his team!

My husband and I recently worked with Peter on the purchase of our first home. We had been to a lot of inspections before we came across Peter but what we quickly learnt was that MGM Martin had the best listings compared to other agents in the area! We got to know Peter and talk through our needs and he was great at walking us through the process of purchasing our first home. He was responsive, knowledgeable, professional and friendly throughout the entire process and made what can often feel overwhelming a very seamless process where both the vendor and us got what we wanted. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone looking for their first home!

David has the biggest database in the Zetland area, so our first open had around 30 groups come through - David led the negotiations to get us a better than expected result
