Helped us sell out apartment in a very competitive market for the sale price we wanted

Peter was a great pleasure to work with. He gave us professional and candid advice on how best to improve our apartment before the sale, genuinely worked hard in our interest to get the best result. Needless to say, we are more than impressed with the short time the apartment took to sell and the price that it got sold for, especially during these difficult market conditions, which is a great testimony to Peter’s skills and in-depth knowledge of area. His dedication also made the selling process a seamless and stress free one, thank you so much once again, Peter!

David and the team at MGM Zetland are amazing. Always willing to help and / or be available, they were always a phone call away. Buying my new home was a breeze and I have to say, I had no hiccups whatsoever, with special thanks to both David and Peter. If you're buying or selling, MGM Zetland should be at the top of your list.

He is honest, courteous and professional keeping us up to date throughout the entire process & amazingly sold our property for a great price in just a short week! We wouldn’t hesitate to use Peter again for any property needs in the area. Thanks again
