They were knowledgeable and predicted that if I followed their advice regarding styling my apartment would sell quickly, which it did (sold after one open house) and it went for a record price for the complex. Inti in particular went above and beyond to provide assistance and manage the styling and photographs. David negotiated a price I was happy with and even got a little extra that I wasn’t expecting.
